After completing my studies in networks, I joined Sera Furniture and Mattresses Company as an IT Help Desk technician. My role involved providing technical support across the company's operations, which span more than nine branches located in various governorates. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that our staff could effectively utilize technology to serve our customers. Sera is well-established, boasting four large factories that play a crucial role in our production processes. Working in such a dynamic environment has not only enhanced my technical abilities but also deepened my understanding of the furniture and mattress industry as a whole. The combination of my education and hands-on experience at Sera has prepared me for future challenges in the IT field.

During my tenure as the IT Manager at I-Stand Company, I had the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to the production of various paper products, including cardboard and canned goods. The factory is expansive, housing numerous designers and innovation workshops that continuously push the boundaries of creativity and efficiency. My role involved overseeing the IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and facilitating the integration of technology into the manufacturing processes. Collaborating with talented designers, I played a crucial part in enhancing productivity and streamlining operations. The innovative spirit of the company, combined with our commitment to quality, positioned I-Stand as a leader in the industry, making my experience both enriching and impactful.

After gaining a solid foundation in electronics, I ventured into the world of programming, focusing on Kotlin for Android development. This journey allowed me to not only earn a certification in Kotlin but also deepen my understanding of mobile app creation. Alongside this, I explored the basics of Java, which strengthened my programming skills further. Additionally, I delved into web design, learning HTML and CSS, which equipped me with the tools to create visually appealing websites. This diverse skill set has provided me with a comprehensive approach to both software and web development, enabling me to tackle various projects with confidence and creativity.

After immersing myself in the Flutter language, I successfully created a versatile programming code that enables me to develop applications across various platforms, including web, Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac. This newfound skill has empowered me to bring my ideas to life, allowing me to create functional and appealing programs tailored to different operating systems. My journey into programming not only deepened my understanding of technology but also sparked a passion for innovation. As a significant milestone, I began publishing my applications on Google Play, where users can access and enjoy my creations. The thrill of seeing my work available for download has motivated me to continue honing my skills and expanding my repertoire in the world of app development.

A new website program has been developed specifically for printing presses, designed to efficiently organize a collection of images into a compact PDF file tailored for clothing printing. This innovative tool ensures optimal use of space on each page, allowing users to maximize the number of images while maintaining high-quality resolution. With the integration of user-friendly features, the program simplifies the process of preparing print materials, making it accessible for both professionals and newcomers in the printing industry. Excitingly, the program has also been uploaded to the Google Play Store, allowing easy access for users on their mobile devices. This advancement promises to streamline workflow and enhance productivity, revolutionizing how printing presses manage their image collections for clothing design.
